The initial diagnostic assessment will take around 3 hours on the first day of your stay after you have settled in.

This is a vital element in understanding where we need to concentrate our work during the course of the programme. It is very important for trust and rapport to be established quickly at this stage so the client feels confident enough to trust their lead therapist with all the relevant data which may be the source of their anxieties.

From this assessment the master schedule will be designed for you and presented back to you within 24 hours for your consideration.

The client's wishes will be respected in every way and there will be no pressure brought to bear to be involved in any therapies with which you are not comfortable and totally at ease.

The programme is designed to alleviate your anxieties, reduce stress and tension, while nevertheless challenging you in areas which you might have denied or avoided for some time.
