It is ideal for guests working in Manchester city centre who prefer to stay in a quieter residential area. The nearest Metrolink tram station is approximately 1.5 miles away offering fast tram access to the city centre in 20 minutes.
This 1 bedroom apartment has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard with comfortable furniture and a neutral colour scheme. On the ground floor is a modern kitchen with a range of integrated appliances.
The first floor houses the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the comfortable living room, which is currently set up as a remote office (not shown), complete with desktop PC, printer and WIFI connection. The apartment also benefits from its own private garden and on-site parking for one car.
